Branch Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Develop and nurture strong business relationships with contractors, architects, developers, builders, panel builders, consultants, OEMs, and EPC clients.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Strengthen market presence and brand visibility across the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
  

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Extensive experience in B2B sales within the electrical equipment or related industry.
• Proven ability to engage and negotiate with contractors, architects, developers, OEMs, panel builders, and EPC clients.
• Strong knowledge of LV products, switchgear, MCCB, MCB, DB, ELR, and elevator solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent understanding of the Delhi NCR market and customer base.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to project sales, residential and commercial segments, and managing large-scale customer accounts.
• Experience in handling trade marketing activities and driving business development initiatives.
