Job Description

1. JOB SUMMARY

• The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the field officers & Channel partners at his location, including but not limited to: training, tracking and improving employee performance, and administration of policy/procedures.

• BM will be responsible for achieving Business, Profitability of the branch, overall administration of the Branch while upholding the Values of the Company.

• NPA Handling, Product Training to team members & channel partners. Marketing Campaign at Builders and Commercial Places. Responsible for Customer Service, Daily MIS Reporting, also responsible for Compliance, Admin, Accounts, Budgeting, Hiring. Responsible for achieving monthly business set target for the branch.

• Generating business through Micro marketing activity / cold calling by leading team of x Officers. Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.

• Ensure high level of customer service. Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting target. Organizing the promotional activities at the branch.

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Efficiency:

• Generate Home Loan leads, open market and through relationship officers.

• To Manage the Branch business by conducting daily Huddle meeting at branch along other stake holders.

• Knowledge in sales principles(Segmentation, positioning, effective selling, product range extension, pricing & gap analysis, advertising & promotional techniques)

• Knowledge on Retail Sales, Competitor mapping

Delinquency

• Ensure that branch X bucket collection always should be more than 95%

• No account in Early Delinquency till 6 months

• No account in Non-Starter status

Performance:

  • Ensure the Branch achieve the Monthly nos with Logins and Disbursement on timely basis.
  • To Conduct Daily huddle meeting with Credit Ops and RO for daily rigour on the Business.
  • Ensure the achievement of given business target.
  • Ensure the achieving Business targets and Profitability of the branch
  • Insurance penetration should be more than 3% on loan amount.
  • Ensure No manpower gap in his branch.
  • To Appreciate good performing RO which will encourage the branch.

Disbursement Cancellation

  • No disbursed account should be cancelled.
  • To Monitor and ensure Cheques are handed over in timeline basis.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, Reporting Manager and HR.
