Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for the position of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee and lead daily branch operations, manage a team of staff, and ensure achievement of sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies for business growth, supporting team performance and training, managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires efficient coordination with diverse stakeholders to optimize branch performance.

Qualifications

Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and inspire staff towards achieving branch targets
Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development expertise to drive business growth
Operational skills including Strategy Development, Process Optimization, and Compliance Management
Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members
Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to make data-driven decisions
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
