Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, based in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage team performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention, maintaining high-quality customer service standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the role entails monitoring business performance, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams.
  • Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and life insurance solutions is preferred.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on achieving results and solving problems.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for operational efficiency.
  • Experience in managing branch operations and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
