Key Responsibilities: Lead regional sales operations, driving revenue and profitability. Develop and manage relationships with contractors, architects, developers, builders, panel builders, consultants, OEMs, and EPC clients. Plan and execute sales strategies for the assigned region in alignment with company goals. Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to the regional sales team. Monitor and resolve customer issues while ensuring high satisfaction levels. Strengthen the companys market presence and competitive position within the assigned states. Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in B2B sales in the electrical equipment industry. Hands-on experience working with contractors, architects, developers, builders, panel builders, consultants, OEMs, and EPC clients. Strong knowledge of LV products, switchgear, MCCB, MCB, DB, ELR, and elevator-related solutions. Excellent team management and leadership skills. In-depth understanding of the Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Punjab & Rajasthan markets. Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preferred Skills: Project sales experience in residential and commercial segments. Strong understanding of trade marketing and customer engagement practices.
