• Oversee daily branch operations with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth within the Direct Channel vertical .
• Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales and support staff to deliver high performance and customer satisfaction .
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business opportunities and enhance branch productivity .
• Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements .
• Maintain high standards of customer service, handle escalated customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly .
• Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management .
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred .
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in life insurance sales and branch management, with a proven record of meeting targets .
• Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities .
• Must be presentable, result-oriented, and customer-focused .
