Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and employee management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and goals.
  
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting the banks products and services.
  
• Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing coaching and training as needed.
  
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
  
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and activities to senior management.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
