We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Consultant – B2B Fuel Card Sales to join our client's growing India-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching industries, identifying potential Australian business customers, reaching decision-makers, and promoting fuel card solutions for their company. The ideal candidate will have strong research and lead-generation skills, excellent phone communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
• Identify potential industries and business sectors in Australia with high number of vehicles
and large fuel usage.
• Use online directories, business tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Yellow Pages), and data sources to build
prospect lists.
• Research company profiles to identify relevant decision-makers (e.g., Operations Manager,
Fleet Manager, Business Owner).
• Conduct cold calls to business prospects to introduce and promote fuel card offerings.• Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand fuel usage needs and propose value-
driven solutions.
• Manage objections, follow-up diligently, and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Update CRM records accurately with notes, lead status, and outcomes.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients through ongoing follow-up and account care.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets.
• Provide insights into market trends, lead quality, and feedback from prospects.
• Support team efforts in campaign success through shared learnings and collaboration.
• Undergraduate Degree (Any Specialization)
• Postgraduate Degree (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales in international market
• Prior experience with Australian is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to fleet management, logistics, fuel card programs, or telecom/utility services is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong research ability to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
• Confident cold-caller with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.What We Offer
