Position: Branch Manager – NBFC Operations

Department: Retail Lending – MSME, Auto, Equipment.
Reporting to: Regional Head (Tamil Nadu & Kerala)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and credit origination for MSME, Auto, Used Vehicle (4-wheeler), and Equipment loans.
• Manage branch P&L, business targets, and team performance.
• Ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing from direct and channel partners (dealers, DSA, field executives).
• Conduct credit assessment, customer verification, and loan documentation aligned with Hedge’s underwriting policy.
• Supervise collections, renewals, and delinquency control; maintain NPAs within acceptable norms.
• Build and mentor a team of sales officers, credit executives, and collection agents.
• Drive market intelligence—competitor analysis, rate benchmarking, and local tie-ups.
• Ensure branch compliance, KYC, audit readiness, and cash discipline per RBI NBFC norms.
• Coordinate with HO for disbursement, MIS, and operational support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in NBFC / Small Finance Bank branch operations.
• Proven experience in MSME, Auto, Used Vehicle-4 wheeler, Equipment.
• Exposure to subprime or small-ticket lending markets will be a strong advantage.
• Strong local market knowledge and existing dealer / DSA network preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and customer management skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil and basic English communication essential.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
