Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
