We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Lead, motivate, and train a team of banking professionals to meet their full potential. Build strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their financial needs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services. Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability and adhere to budgetary guidelines. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in managing teams and driving sales growth through effective people management skills.
