Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, located in Kolkata. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of sales and administrative staff. They will also be accountable for meeting sales targets, developing and implementing strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role requires effective communication with clients, team management, and driving the performance of the branch towards achieving business goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team to achieve business objectives
  • Sales and Marketing: Strong background in sales, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
  • Business Development: Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interact with clients and team effectively
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer and operational issues
  • Professional Experience: Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is preferable
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Commitment: Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and willingness to travel as needed for business objectives
