Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and retail assets management to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling products, increasing revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
Ensure audit compliance by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal policies.
Lead a team of professionals in achieving branch goals, providing guidance on customer relationship building and team management.
Manage end to end Branch Operation, Cash management, branch administration, Customer acquisition, Branch audit and Compliance, Branch revenue generation, Customer queries and escalation etc.
