Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership:

  • Take complete ownership of the Pune branch operations, sales, and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Drive business development initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

    .

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Develop strategies to expand customer base and market presence in Pune.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and guide sales executives, team leaders, and support staff.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations in alignment with company policies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Pune real estate market

    .

  • Share insights with the management to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present branch performance reports, sales forecasts, and revenue analysis.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with expertise in closing real estate deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Strong networking skills with local market knowledge of Pune real estate.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum

    7–10 years of experience

    in real estate sales, with at least

    3–5 years in a leadership role

  • Track record of driving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
