Key Responsibilities:

• Independently

  source qualified leads

  through online, offline, and broker networks
• Manage the

  entire sales funnel

  — from initial inquiry to site visits and final closing
• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, walk-in customers, and referrals
• Present project offerings effectively, addressing client needs and objections
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing updates, and post-sales processes
• Maintain daily lead follow-ups, client records, and sales MIS reports
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and local competitor activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Proven ability in

  both lead generation and deal closures

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Pune West real estate market
• Based in or willing to work full-time from

  Hinjewadi Phase 2

• Should be open to field work and weekend availability
