Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source potential leads through various channels (field visits, online platforms, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct site visits and product presentations to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and competition


Requirements:

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in

    real estate sales

    (residential preferred)
  • Proven track record in

    lead generation, client handling, and deal closures

  • Strong knowledge of

    Pune West market

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings and site visits
