BPO Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of outbound telesales agents
• Monitor daily performance and maintain accurate operational records
• Drive team targets and ensure adherence to sales metrics
• Provide timely feedback and implement action plans for improvement
• Ensure clear and effective communication across the team
• Maintain compliance with company standards and contractual obligations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–8 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Team Leader (on paper)
• Strong command of Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in outbound telesales and lead generation
• Familiarity with dialer systems and call centre operations

Preferred:

• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to motivate and coach team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
