Job Description

Position:

BPO Team Leader – Customer Service & Renewals

Location:

Delhi

Openings:

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in outbound sales on paper.
Recent experience must be in sales, outbound sales, inbound sales.
Exposure to renewals, upselling, and outbound customer engagement is highly preferred.
Should have experience managing call volumes of 100–150 calls per day.
Willingness to handle customer calls when required as part of team responsibilities.
Overall experience should not exceed 6 years.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

Work Schedule

Day Shift
Two rotational weekly offs

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (approx. ₹55,000 per month)
Performance-based Variable Pay: Up to ₹2 LPA
