Job Description

🔹 Position:

BPO Team Leader – Customer Service & Renewals📍

Location:

Delhi🔢

Openings:

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Lead a team focused on outbound customer service, renewals, and upselling.
Ensure smooth handling of daily call volumes (100–150 calls/day) across the team.
Monitor and guide team performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
Provide on-call support when needed — this is a hands-on leadership role.
Report daily/weekly metrics and suggest performance improvement strategies.

✅ Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in outbound customer service.
Must have recent experience in customer service roles.
Prior exposure to renewals and upselling is highly desirable.
Should have experience in managing high-volume calling environments.
Total professional experience should not exceed 5.5 years.

🕒 Work Schedule

Day Shift
2 Rotational Weekly Offs

🎓 Qualification

Minimum education: HSC (12th pass)

💰 Compensation

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (approx. ₹55,000/month)
Incentives/Variable Pay: Up to ₹2 LPA based on performance
