Job Description

Hiring: BPO Team Leader – Customer Service & Renewals

Location:

Delhi

Work Type:

Full-Time | Day Shift | 2 Rotational Offs

Compensation

Fixed CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (approximately ₹55,000 per month)
Variable Pay: Up to ₹2 LPA (performance-based)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced BPO Team Leaders to lead outbound customer service teams. This role focuses on managing service delivery, renewals, and driving upselling opportunities in a high-volume call environment.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an outbound customer service process
Must have recent experience in customer service
Experience in renewals and upselling is a strong advantage
Should have handled call volumes ranging between 100 to 150 calls per day
Must be open to taking customer calls when required
Total professional experience should not exceed 5.5 years

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or equivalent
