Job Description

US Shift Time: 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST

BPO Excel Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis and create reports using advanced Excel functions.
Develop charts, pivot tables, and dashboards for business insights.
Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excel Expertise:
Strong knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to exceed expectations.
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
Proactive in follow-ups, escalations, and ensuring timely resolution.
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
