Job description US Shift Time: 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST Technical Support Customer service professionals are responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have good experience. Providing great technical support and customer service means knowing who your customers are and what they want. Required Skills 1+ years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs Ability to learn fast, adopt new concepts Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time Ability to make decisions and solve customer problems by responding to customers based on research from knowledge base articles and prior experiences Takes the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
