Role Overview: As a Technical Support Customer Service professional, your main responsibility will be to address customer needs and ensure they have a positive experience. This role requires a set of skills including active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and communication. Providing exceptional technical support and customer service involves understanding your customers" preferences and offering them various communication channels to reach out for assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 1+ years of experience in directly engaging with end customers within a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed their needs. - Demonstrate exceptional focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution by learning quickly, adopting new concepts, and efficiently managing time. - Make informed decisions to solve customer issues based on research from knowledge base articles and previous experiences. - Take initiative to follow up, escalate issues when necessary, or seek additional resources to ensure timely customer satisfaction. - Ensure 100% accuracy in following instructions and utilize your English writing skills, fluency in English, and good communication skills to effectively communicate with customers. - Utilize your knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and have a basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and APIs to provide comprehensive support. Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization. - Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers" needs. - Ability to learn fast, adopt new concepts, and efficiently manage time. - Ability to make decisions and solve customer problems by responding to customers based on research from knowledge base articles and prior experiences. - Takes the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner. - Ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy. - Strong English writing skills (Grammar and Spelling) and fluency in English. - Good communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and APIs will be an added advantage.,
