US Shift Time: 8:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST

Technical Support Customer Service professionals are responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have good experience. As a skill set, customer service entails several qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication.

Providing great technical support and customer service means knowing who your customers are and what they want.

Give your customers several options for getting the service they need so they can reach out in their preferred channel of communication.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization
• Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs
• Ability to learn fast, adopt new concepts
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
• Ability to make decisions and solve customer problems by responding to customers based on research from knowledge base articles and prior experiences
• Takes the initiative to follow-up, escalate, or seek additional resources to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy
• English Writing Skills (Grammar and Spelling)
• Fluency in English
• Good communication skills
• Good Excel / Word Knowledge
• Good Outlook Knowledge
