Responsibilities:

•        Proficient in utilizing Revit and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks, with a strong command of both programs.

•        Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.

•        Develop discipline specific BIM Modelling content for the Project.

•        Experienced in collaborating within common data environments such as BIM 360, SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

•        Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance efficiency.

•        Proficient in coordinating clashes among architectural, structural, and MEPF components to ensure seamless integration by using Navis work.

•        Skilled in preparing space plans that account for the installation and maintenance needs of overhead services.

•        Capable of modifying designs and understanding basic design requirements with ease.

•        Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

•        Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in generating mechanical layouts, sections, elevations, and details.

•        Demonstrated leadership in maintaining high-quality standards for work and seeking innovative solutions to improve modeling processes.

•        Proactively identifies and resolves potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement effective solutions.

•        Ability to work on own initiative, manage own time and team to meet deadlines;

Qualifications:

·       Should possess 2-4 years experience in BIM Modeling

·       Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360

·       Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.

·       Preferred – Experience in International Projects
