BIM Modeler

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D digital models for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models are accurate and reflect project specifications.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or issues within the model during the design phase.
• Prepare and extract necessary documents, such as shop drawings and quantity takeoffs, from the BIM model.
• Ensure the models comply with project standards and coordinate with the design team and clients.
• Assist with quality control, technical support, and site coordination, which may involve site visits to verify progress.
• Maintain and update models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of construction, architectural, or engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with various project team members.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
