Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeller in Chennai. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and managing digital models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools. The day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architecture and construction drawings, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring accuracy and quality in all design aspects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Modeller skills.
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in

  Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

• Previous experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
