Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist at our Lucknow office. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drafting, 3D modeling, performing clash detection, and generating high-quality renderings. Daily tasks include collaborating with the architectural, structural, and MEPF teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency, coordinating with clients to meet project specifications, and contributing to the continuous improvement of BIM processes. Qualifications Proficiency in 2D Drafting, 3D Modeling, and Clash Detection Experience with Architectural, Structural, and MEPF projects Skills in High-Quality Rendering and Walkthroughs Strong understanding of 4D Construction Sequencing and 5D Cost Estimation Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and team members Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience with Scan to BIM, BIM Audits, and Sustainable Design Analysis (6D) is a plus
