Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Hyderabad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing architectural plans, integrating various design and engineering elements, managing project timelines, and supervising the work of junior architects and design teams. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Proficiency in Software Development and Integration Strong Project Management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with clients and team members Experience with green building solutions and sustainable design practices is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Licensure as a registered architect is preferred

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain BIM models for all disciplines in accordance with project specifications and standards. Perform interdisciplinary coordination to ensure model accuracy and eliminate design clashes. Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from BIM models. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to maintain consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in model reviews, clash detection , and quality assurance processes using tools such as Revit and Navisworks. Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or MEP Engineering , or a related discipline. Minimum of 05 years of professional experience in BIM modeling across multiple disciplines. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks , and AutoCAD . Familiarity with BIM 360 , Dynamo , or similar tools will be considered an advantage. Strong understanding of LOD definitions, BIM standards, and coordination procedures .
