Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain

  BIM models

  for all disciplines in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Perform

  interdisciplinary coordination

  to ensure model accuracy and eliminate design clashes.
• Generate

  drawings, schedules, and documentation

  directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to maintain

  consistency and quality

  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in

  model reviews, clash detection

  , and quality assurance processes using tools such as Revit and Navisworks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in

  Architecture, Civil, Structural, or MEP Engineering

  , or a related discipline.
• Minimum of

  05 years of professional experience

  in BIM modeling across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency in

  Autodesk Revit

  ,

  Navisworks

  , and

  AutoCAD

  .
• Familiarity with

  BIM 360

  ,

  Dynamo

  , or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of

  LOD definitions, BIM standards, and coordination procedures

  .
