BIM Modeler

Job Description:
We are looking for a BIM Modeler with strong expertise in electrical BIM Modeling and hands-on experience in Revit MEP software. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in building services design, coordination, and modeling for MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate detailed Revit MEP electrical models.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other MEP team members for project integration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Support design reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Revit MEP (Electrical Design & Modeling).
• Good understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, cabling, etc.) in building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
