Job Description

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and optimal

performance across all departments.

• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions

to streamline workflows.

• Manage and report on operational metrics, using advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables,

data analysis, reporting).

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to

timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Use business intelligence tools to generate insights and guide decision-making for

business strategy.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and

procedures.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a collaborative and results-

driven work environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal

disruption to services.

• Work with stakeholders across various departments to enhance the effectiveness of

operational processes and customer service.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, with a focus on healthcare

operations (if applicable), and propose improvements as needed.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in Operations Management, Business Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
