### About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Billing Executive – Logistics to manage the end-to-end billing cycle, including POD/GRN collection, invoice preparation, dispute resolution, and timely submission to plants/officers. The role demands accuracy, time management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

* Report to the Accounts Manager on daily billing & submission status.

* Confirm material details with parties (via email, call, WhatsApp) and resolve disputes if any.

* Prepare invoices/bills in software/ERP with complete details:( Shipment/PO number, rate, GST, quantity, consignor/consignee details, unloading point, dispatch data.)

* Generate bills as per required formats and ensure timely submission to plant officers (email & hard copy via courier).

* Follow up with plants to ensure acceptance of bills.

* Maintain records of total billing, total submission, total acceptance, pending bills, and reasons for delays.

* Assist in GST amendment reporting for edited bills.

* Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and data verification before processing.

### Requirements

* Graduate in Commerce/Accounts (B. Com preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in billing/logistics.

* Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST, and reconciliation.

* Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting/billing software.

* Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.

* Detail-oriented and able to work under tight timelines.
