Chhattisgarh & Odisha’s cement plants

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Grow Cement Transport Market Share

  across Chhattisgarh & Odisha
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  cement manufacturers, depots, dealers, and procurement heads

• Master transportation cost calculations

  – PTPK pricing for high-volume logistics must be second nature
• Collaborate with

  internal fleet managers and associate fleet partners

  for seamless service delivery

• Close the full business cycle

  : from order acquisition → vehicle placement → delivery tracking → post-payment collection & billing

👤 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience

  in logistics/transportation
• Strong

  network in the cement industry

  (UltraTech, ACC, Shree Cement, JK Laxmi, Emami, Dalmia Cement)
• Ability to

  work 7 days a week

  , travel extensively, and deliver aggressive results
• Hands-on approach with a

  proactive, target-driven mindset

💰 Compensation

• ₹7–10 LPA (in-hand)
