Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager and Admin located in Raipur. The HR Manager and Admin will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, handling employee relations, creating and implementing effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves administrative tasks such as record-keeping, policy formulation, and employee engagement activities.

• Recruitment, Selection Processes, and Onboarding experience
• Training and Development program skills
• Administrative skills and Record-keeping expertise
• Knowledge of Labor Regulations and Compliance
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the transport or logistics industry is a plus
