Business Development Manager – Logistics

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding business with existing customers, and identifying strategic opportunities in the transport sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight, and transportation services
• Build strong relationships with fleet owners, vendors, and key corporate clients
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market
• Represent RKRTPL at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain business development
• Strong understanding of fleet-based operations, route planning, and B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree (preferred in Logistics, Business, or related fields)
• Willingness to travel and engage clients on-ground
