Role Overview: Executive – Billing (Trivandrum)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive with prior exposure to the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end billing operations, ensure compliance and accuracy, and support finance functions using Tally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Manage billing for medical device products
• Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable
• Reconcile transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for smooth billing flow
• Support statutory compliance, audits, and reporting as required
• Generate billing-related MIS reports and summaries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (preferred)

• Experience in billing

  within medical devices/pharmaceuticals (mandatory)
• Proficiency in

  Tally

  (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST, and billing compliance
• Good Excel and MS Office skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling billing audits and reconciliations
