Billing Executive

Role Overview: As a Billing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to handle invoicing, billing queries, billing systems management, reporting, compliance, collaboration with other departments, and process improvement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Generating and issuing invoices to clients or customers accurately and timely based on the services or products provided. - Addressing and resolving any billing-related queries or discrepancies raised by clients or internal departments. - Utilizing billing software or systems to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency. - Generating regular reports on billing activities, such as outstanding invoices, revenue forecasts, or billing trends, for management review. - Ensuring compliance with relevant billing regulations, policies, and procedures. - Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, sales, or customer service, to ensure smooth billing operations and resolve any issues promptly. - Identifying areas for process improvement in billing procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
