Billing Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in the metal manufacturing industry, including domestic and export billing operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in E-invoicing, E-way bills, GST compliance, packing list preparation, and export documentation. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to draft professional emails are essential. Key Responsibilities:Generate accurate domestic and export invoices as per applicable tax laws and client specifications. Prepare and file E-invoices and E-way bills via government portals or ERP systems. Ensure GST-compliant billing, including HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, and proper documentation. Prepare packing lists, delivery challans, and coordinate with logistics and export departments. Handle export billing, including generation of invoices in foreign currency, LUT (Letter of Undertaking), shipping bills, and coordination with CHA and freight forwarders. Maintain and organize export documentation such as commercial invoices, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and export packing lists. Maintain accurate billing records and assist with monthly and quarterly GST returns and audits. Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments via email and calls regarding billing, documentation, or dispatch matters. Generate regular billing reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements as needed.
