Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer based in Noida. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting accurate rate analysis, maintaining and updating billing systems, and ensuring timely preparation of bills. The role also involves coordinating with various departments and contractors for proper documentation and ensuring project cost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and performing Quantity Surveying
• Strong Analytical Skills and capability in Rate Analysis
• Experience in using and managing Billing Systems
• Ability to interpret technical and engineering documents
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Familiarity with civil, interior, or MEP-related projects is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior industry experience is a plus
