Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in billing, quantity estimation, project costing, and construction documentation within the infrastructure, construction, or prefabrication domain.

Please Note: The candidate must be capable of preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and preparing cost estimates based on drawings, technical specifications, and overall project requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates based on drawings and project requirements
• Track project costs, budgets, and progress for accurate billing and reporting
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for measurement verification
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, billing reports, and certification records
• Assist in rate analysis, cost control, and verification of subcontractor invoices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience of 3–4 years in billing and quantity estimation
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and rate analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing-related software
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
