Designation: Executive - Site Billing

Location:

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and review project cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for civil works.
Manage billing processes including client billing, subcontractor billing, and internal cost tracking.
Verify and certify work measurements at site for accurate billing.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely submission of bills.
Maintain and update cost records, progress reports, and billing documentation.
Ensure compliance with civil engineering standards, contractual terms, and company policies.
Assist in budget preparation, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
Resolve billing discrepancies and support audits when required.

Required Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: 3 to 6 years in estimation and billing for real estate or infrastructure projects.
Certifications: Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel; exposure to SAP or similar tools preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of civil engineering standards and construction practices.
Proficiency in rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation techniques.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
