Job Description

Responsibilities

Review tender documents, scope of work, drawings, and technical specifications for bidding.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and project timelines.
Analyse costing elements including labour, materials, equipment, subcontractor quotes, and overheads.
Conduct site visits (if required) to understand the scope for accurate estimation.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs and clarifications.
Identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.
Prepare bid presentations and ensure timely submission of tenders.
Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, vendor pricing, and industry trends.
Support negotiations and respond to client queries during the bid evaluation
process.
