Competences Requirements
- Knowledge / Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Optics or Electronics preferred), or MSc in Physics.
- Previous Experience (If relevant)
- 2-5 years of experience in patent domain
Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Patent portfolio management, application drafting, prosecution, and litigation.
- Patent infringement analysis, including claim mapping.
- Conducting patent searches using both paid and open-access databases.
- Familiarity with international patent laws (EP, US, PCT) is a strong advantage.
- Key technical competencies
- Strong understanding of products and technologies in mechanical, optics, and electronics domains.
- Proficient in using advanced patent search tools and databases.
