Job Description

Responsibility 1 Product Line (P&L, Manufacturing, Machine PM, Minor Maintenance, Quality, Scrap, Safety, and training of Associates). Manage Inergy Production System Activities (IPS) Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises. Manage Continuous Improvement through planned events. Responsibility 2: Direct activities that result in cost savings for the facility. Gather, analyze and maintain data, including reporting of trends and improvements. Manage and coach the manufacturing and continuous improvement associates to ensure optimal safety, quality and productivity standards. Follow LOTO procedure where ever required & Check the LOTO compliance in plant if found any deviation correct it and communicate to Safety Officer. Responsibility 3: Authority to stop the machine in case of any abnormality found. Conformity to product requirement have the authority to stop shipment and stop production. Change management internal and external lead and track, Coordinate and Support the 4M Change, ECN and ECR.
