Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry
• Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, L2, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen)
• Ability to market bench consultants through job portals, networking, and vendor connections
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
• Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with consulting companies or staffing agencies is a plus
