The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants on client projects across various technologies. The role includes building strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to maximize placements and achieve businesstargets.QualificationsProven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industryStrong understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, L2, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen)Ability to market bench consultants through job portals, networking, and vendor connectionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong relationship-building and account management abilitiesFamiliarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedInSelf-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindsetBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferredPrior experience working with consulting companies or staffing agencies is a plus
