Job Title: Career Advisor /Sales Executive Work Location: Ahmedabad Duration: Full-Time / 5 Working Days Vacancy: 5+ Positions Salary: Best in Market + Incentives JKey Responsibilities: Engage in the full life cycle of bench sales recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants. Identify and understand client requirements and present suitable consultants for project assignments. Maintain and update the database with consultant information and job requirements. Handle contract negotiations and close deals efficiently. Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants. Provide excellent customer service to both clients and consultants. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Willingness to work in the US Shift (Night Shift). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience in bench sales or sales is a plus. Understanding of the IT industry and technologies is an advantage.
