The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants on client projects across various technologies. The role includes building strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to maximize placements and achieve business targets. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, L2, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen) Ability to market bench consultants through job portals, networking, and vendor connections Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong relationship-building and account management abilities Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred Prior experience working with consulting companies or staffing agencies is a plus
