Role Description This is a full-time role of a Bench Sales Recruiter, located on-site in Vijayawada. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, understanding their skills, and placing them with clients. The role includes identifying potential clients, building relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring prompt placements. It also involves closely working with consultants to prepare them for interviews, providing feedback, and following up with clients and consultants regularly.
